He is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and managing the sales team of TRT Realty Homes. His role involves setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed goals. He manages his work by fostering good client relationships, training and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. He ensures regular performance monitoring and adapting strategies based on sales analytics which are essential for achieving success. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and is in the third year of the program. Alongside academics, he brings energy and dedication to the role of Sales Executive, contributing actively to client engagement and business growth.
